Lewis Auctions LLC accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Check (all personal or business checks over $500.00 must be accompanied by a bank letter a sample is below)
  • Discover
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Pay pal
  • Wire transfer is preferred method of payment for purchases $5,000 or greater

 

Items must be settled for prior to pick up or shipping.  Personal or business checks will be accepted to $500.00 over $500.00 the check must be accompanied by a bank letter of guaranteed payment.

Any person who refuses to pay for an item won at auction will have their auction privileges revoked.

 

Shipping

Lewis Auctions LLC will ship items as follows:
 

Small package shipments:

  • The items must be paid for prior to Lewis Auctions LLC providing a quote for shipping.
  • Typically a $10.00 packing fee plus the package materials plus the actual cost of shipping and insurance will comprise the cost of shipping.
  • All shipping will be quoted on an individual basis.
  • Lewis Auctions LLC will email the customer an invoice for the shipping cost upon payment Lewis Auctions LLC will package and ship the items.

LTL Pallet Shipments:

  • The items must be paid for prior to Lewis Auctions LLC providing a quote for shipping.
  • All shipping will be quoted on an individual basis.

Transporting Larger Items:

  • The items must be paid for prior to removal.
  • Lewis Auctions LLC will assist the buyer with arranging trucking of large items.

Hauling to our storage areas:

  • We offer hauling and storage of sellers small items.
  • We can arrange hauling for larger items or large quantities
